Refund Policy and Conditions |
Software sold is subject to various guidelines. The main benefit of
electronically delivery of software is that the products'
functionality and features can be tested prior to purchase. We make
every attempt to provide updated demonstration software for our
customers to test before making a purchasing decision. Please refer
to the product download section for a demonstration version.
If you have any problems downloading a program, please email to
support@NetGuarder.com with the
program name and your contact information.
NetGuarder will refund the purchase price for products which fall
into the following categories:
1. The product has been proven to be defective by NetGuarder's
technical support.
2. The product is not delivered within three (3) business days.
3. Duplicate orders that have only been made at NetGuarder.
We can only offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, you
must sign and return a letter to
sales@NetGuarder.com
